The Royal Victoria Hospital
(1975 -1976)

I graduated in 1975 aspiring to become a photojournalist. But to get a job, I needed a portfolio, so I took a post as a medical photographer at the Royal Victoria Hospital in the heart of Republican West Belfast. By then it was a hospital with a warzone on its doorstep.
